Because no one seems to believe me...

Now, when I tell everybody just how bad the view from my room is, everyone's like, 'okay, ya, ya, okay, I understand.' But no, they don't understand. So to make it clear, here's another picture. Now keep in mind there's 9 stories of drab, ugly concrete 5 feet behind me...Notice how my window is 5 feet INTO the building in addition to having the other wing right there. *sob. This is the one and only thing I really hate...

But on a lighter note, I finally picked up a new duvet as a late Christmas present for myself for 5 pounds at Wilkinsons and some extra pillows for reading comfort! (Hey, I just realized they match my lamp!) My last duvet was just brown... and cold. I think there's a picture of it somewhere in one of my earlier blogs
And there's more!! So when we get one of our (MANY!!!) sunny days, I usually like to go out walking instead of taking the bus. My favorite route is to take the beach road which heads straight into town. The western view is prettier, but that heads away from town towards Mumbles, which is kind of far...
