Whahahaha!!

I'm all done with exams!!!!!!!!!

I had graphics yesterday which was really hard, but I think I did really well, and Egyptian history this morning and that went pretty well too!! I'm 95% sure I passed both of them...

I had graphics yesterday which was really hard, but I think I did really well, and Egyptian history this morning and that went pretty well too!! I'm 95% sure I passed both of them...

Because no one seems to believe me...

Now, when I tell everybody just how bad the view from my room is, everyone's like, 'okay, ya, ya, okay, I understand.' But no, they don't understand. So to make it clear, here's another picture. Now keep in mind there's 9 stories of drab, ugly concrete 5 feet behind me...Notice how my window is 5 feet INTO the building in addition to having the other wing right there. *sob. This is the one and only thing I really hate...

But on a lighter note, I finally picked up a new duvet as a late Christmas present for myself for 5 pounds at Wilkinsons and some extra pillows for reading comfort! (Hey, I just realized they match my lamp!) My last duvet was just brown... and cold. I think there's a picture of it somewhere in one of my earlier blogs
And there's more!! So when we get one of our (MANY!!!) sunny days, I usually like to go out walking instead of taking the bus. My favorite route is to take the beach road which heads straight into town. The western view is prettier, but that heads away from town towards Mumbles, which is kind of far... Oh, but just to let you know, these were all taken by my phone! Technology may have come a long way, but these were still a pain in the rear to transfer to my computer

Of all the things I could possible catch...

Pink eye?! How'd I manage to catch THAT? Ya, so unfortunately I've been ill (careful not to say sick in front of my British friends since sick actually means 'vomit' and not really used so much for when you've caught some foul disease. You say 'I've been sick' and they're all like 'wha...?') since Saturday and right in time for my first exam tomorrow (wish me luck!) Luckily though the oozing in my eyes has gone down a ton the last couple days, so I'm pretty sure I'm just about over it. But come on, pink eye? It just seems so random...

Back to Wales...

Hiya all! Hope you don't mind, I'm taking the opportunity to welcome myself back to the blogosphere with my very first post of 2009! Okay, well, unlike the header says, I'm not exactly back in Wales yet, but sitting in the absolutely gargantuan San Fransisco airport fondly waiting for my 11 hour flight back to London and 3 hour train back to Swansea.

But, anyway, just hoping you all had a great holiday and I am officially off blogging break!
